This is an appeal from the trial courts (1) denial of appellants motion to dismiss appellees counterclaim, (2) granting of appellees motion to dismiss for lack of the jurisdiction, and (3) awarding appellee attorneys fees. We affirm the trial courts granting of appellees motion to dismiss for lack of the jurisdiction and awarding appellee attorneys fees. Because this court lacks jurisdiction, we dismiss appellants appeal from the order denying appellants motion to dismiss appellees counterclaim.
